My second book: cover and pre-sale

As I predicted, or warned, my first “newsletter” is simply the announcement of my second book. But I am genuinely excited to reveal IF WE BURN, which will come out on October 3rd, and is now available for pre-order. Here is the cover:

The listing at Bookshop.org, which partners with local bookstores. UK version will come out on the same date, but with a different publisher (Wildfire) so it’s best to wait if you are outside North America.

I started work on this before The Jakarta Method came out, before we ever expected that book to come to anything, and it has been a wildly fascinating and challenging project. I am incredibly grateful for everyone who has helped me over the last four years. I have really pushed the limits of what I can do, I think. Thank you for your support.
